Placing an Order

Placing an order with Mrs K Designs is easy.

All you need to do is get in touch. Take a look below to see how the order process works.

If you wish to order, or enquire about, a product listed on the website, you can simply click the Order Enquiry button on the relevant page. I'll then get in touch to discuss any details, and to pop you over an invoice when you wish to proceed.

CONTACT - Head on over to my Contact Page and fill in the contact form with your ideas and I'll get in touch to discuss further.

QUOTE - Once we have disucssed your requirements I'll email you over a quote and an invoice.

DESIGN - An initial design will be sent to you by email. You can advise of any changes required. Your items will not go to print until you are completely happy.

TIMESCALES - Design timescales are project specific. I will always advise an estimated completion time at the start of the project. Please allow 5-7 working days for print and delivery.

DESIGN - An initial design will be sent to you by email. You have two revision to make any alterations to your design, following this an additional charge will be applied, dependent on changes.

Variations to Projects
Once the initial design(s) (the proof(s)) have been handed over, the Client is advised to check through the items in detail and request any alterations as soon as possible. The Client may request two revisions (additions, alterations, modifications or omissions) at any time prior to completion of the project and the final draft being sent for printing (if required). Following your two revisions Mrs K Designs will advise of any further costs involved. The customer agrees that changes required over and above the estimated work, or required to be carried out after acceptance of the final design, will be liable to a separate charge. All aditional costs will be sent to the Client before alterations are carried out. Please allow up to 4 working days for the alterations to be made (this is dependent on the size of the project, but every effort will be made to complete alterations within the 4 days where possible).

Native Files
These are charged at 100% of the design cost. (Native files are the original layout or layered files - Adobe® InDesign®, Quark XPress, Photoshop®, Illustrator®, as opposed to a PDF or flattened image file).

Design Project Duration
Any indication given by Mrs K Designs of a design project’s duration is to be considered by the Client to be an estimation. Mrs K Designs cannot be held responsible if any project over-runs, whatever the cause.

Cancellation and Refunds
Design only: If the Client decides to cancel the order following agreement to proceed, no refund will be issued. In the case of a business proposal 100% payment will be required.

Design and Printing: If the Client decides to cancel the order prior to priting a 50% payment of the total order will be refunded. In the case of a business proposal a 50% payment will be required.

Payment
Standard orders require 100% payment prior to any design work commencing.

For business proposals - signing/emailing agreement to proceed with the Proposal commits the Client to the project and full payment will be required within 28 days of the invoice sent to you upon completion.
