Helen is absolutely brilliant at what she does; great service throughout, from pre order enquiry, quote, design and shipment- just faultless. The end products are beautiful, I’m beyond thrilled! I can’t recommend Helen and Mrs K Designs enough - if you’re debating placing an order, my advice is to stop hesitating - you won’t be disappointed!

Helen was great right from the first email. Helen is very prompt with responses. As soon as we asked her for information, she sent us sample programmes and we decided to go with her services. She is very honest, flexible and most understanding of her customers' needs. She never complains about to-ing and fro-ing and making any number of changes along the way. Wish other service providers would learn from her work ethics. Her design and artwork are superior and as she creates designs from scratch, one can expect a thorough fulfilment of one's requirements. We think she was very reasonably priced and she was very honourable to keep her price although she felt that one of the items required additional work than she had originally envisaged. Although our daughter's wedding in being conducted in India, we decided to get everything designed and printed in the UK on account of Helen and her services. The end product that she delivered is a class apart and we are eagerly looking forward to carrying it to India for our guests to be impressed. Thank you very much Helen. I had order of ceremony leaflets for my brother’s wedding designed by Helen.She listened to what I was looking for and delivered an excellent service. Although, we mainly exchanged information via email, Helen was prompt with her replies with great professionalism. I’m very happy with the service I received.

For my Hindu wedding ceremony in May 2019, I wanted to have a unique, memorable and practical Wedding Programme for the guests. I saw some designs on Mrs K's Instagram page and I was super impressed. Once I made initial contact, I found working with her to be very efficient and smooth, and she worked well accommodating all my requests. This was probably the least stressful part of the wedding planning! I was even more impressed with the quality of the product, and we received so many compliments on the day!! We ordered a Christian Order of Service and an Indian Wedding programme. Helen worked with us to customise our Indian programme to add in things specific to our service as well as working closely with us on coming up with a bespoke design for the Christian Order of Service. Helen was very flexible and able to turn around our request quickly. We were very pleased with how they both looked and would definitely recommend.

Having looked for ages to find someone to take a preciously researched family tree and put the information onto a print, we had given up hope. Then we asked Helen, who was immediately enthusiastic and created something that went way beyond our expectations. Seeing great grandparents open the family tree gift was amazing-they loved it just as much as us, if not more! Cannot recommend highly enough!
