Embracing the charms and the beauty of the outdoor rural life. A country themed wedding (and I don't mean cowboy boots and rode0s) features lots of natural elements and brings a rustic feel. Typically hosted outside a country themed wedding is perfect if you love nature.

Think wood, flowers, nature, comfort, small details, fairy lights, an old barn, all of these elements add up to create the perfect country wedding.

This was a fabulous wedding to be involved in. Two young farmers joined together in a beautiful country themed wedding. They were married in the gorgeous setting of Hampton Court, with a day of events spanning the whole venue.

The couple contacted me with interest in Mrs K Design's Elizabeth Set, but they wanted a twist - could I incorporate their love of farming in the floral design? Well, absolutely I could! I switched up some of the flowers to include hand-drawn images of carrots, radishes, onion and lettuces. It was a wonderful, quirky thing to create! Because their wedding spanned the whole of the venue, they wanted a map to show the grounds, which I designed following the theme and colours of the floral pattern. And on top of this, a Wedding Welcome Sign that included an itinerary of events throughout the day. The theme was carried on throughout their wedding stationery, adding the pattern to their Table Number and Place Name Cards.

And with this order came a little bit of fame. Their wedding was featured in the Real Weddings Section of Your Midlands Wedding Magazine.
